| I am having trouble with referncing files across our network. We have a combination of G5's and Imacs running on an ethernet network. We all have Powercadd 6 on Panther OS 10.3.4 . When I go to place the reference I get an ID error = (-21). I have checked ownership details of the files but still no luck. Any clues? |

You mean you're putting the file to be referenced into the "public" folder of one computer and trying to reference it from another?
If it works, I'd be amazed. And not want to depend on it to keep working. Me thinks you need a server.
Heck does os X support apple talk sharing for anything but finding the server? |
