When using the Parallel Offset tool, is there any way to avoid tool drop-out when entering a dimension which contains a space; i.e. 1 1/2"?

THX per usual.

I don't think that happens to me. Is this the built-in PowerCADD tool or the Wild Tools tool?

I tried checking the WT Parallel Offset Tool and I seem to be able to enter values with spaces, like 5 1/2" or 1'6 3/4".

Perhaps you could be more specific about what the settings are in the drawing?

I wonder if the space bar is set as a quick key for something that overrides the input for the offset tool.

I am embarrassed to say that I have never even tried the WT Parallel Offset. Let's see how that works. Thank you.

Cheers

I use the WT one all the time. BTW, if you didn't pick up on it, remember that at any time while in the middle of making a parallel offset line, you can tab into the edit box and numerically enter a value. I only use the preset value if I'm doing a lot of offsets with the same value.
