| Has anyone ever noticed that when you take a group of objects, For instance I have a section key and the section line grouped and then copy and paste it to the opposite elevation and then flip it the text in the section key is inverted. If you ungroup then flip it does not invert the text. It is fairly easy to work around, but if you don't know that it is going to do it you may not notice it until you print it out later. |

An object with a vertical gradient fill, when flipped horizontal or mirrored with the mirror command will have the gradient direction reversed.
I have gradient fills in my windows and this creates extra work when I mirror them. _________________ Rob

Yes, I have had this problem, too with PC7. It rotates grouped text so that it is upside down. It also does this when inserting something with text in it from a library and I flip horizontal before I let go of the mouse. Very annoying! I've contacted ES about it, but no help. I did notice that in PC8, flipping the grouped text no longer rotates it, but it still does it when bringing something in from the library. See the attached link.
