Hello,
I used HSB for years, first while CAD Manager of Timbercraft Homes in Port Townsend, WA for 6 years. Since 2007 I've worked directly with HSB doing customization and support.
What would you like to know?
Here are the basics, HSB provides tools to streamline 3d modeling with an eye towards production ( off site pre-manufacture, CNC). There are modules for SIPs, Stick Framing, Log Homes, Timberframers...They all work inside AutoCAD Architecture. We talk to most of the CNC machines used in residential and commercial framing. HSB does not do structural engineering, but we have recently developed a link to Alpine View for this purpose.
Here is a quick video demonstrating the basics of the Stick Frame package, I've also adapted this to do LG Steel before.

Don't hesitate to reply or get in touch with me directly if you have questions.
