| I am not a designer/ architect etc. but want to design my own house.... have bought a piece of land and having a go at designing it myself. I am reading and learning as much as possible....Does anybody know of any amateur architectural software for a Macintosh? There are tons of programs for PCs. but any suggestion for a very user-friendly Mac one? |

when designing do not forget to think about the sub trades. If you do not address the HVAC in the early design process you will be causing more harm than good. Do it once right so you don't have to do it again. You have to allow for proper duct sizing to deliver the correct air volume to each room.
