The Position: These challenging and fast paced positions will require personable candidates with experience in design of educational facilities, drawing, sketching, and preparation of design presentation drawings. The candidates must have the ability to create design concepts and continue the development through all design phases. The candidates should work well in a design team environment and with senior management. Prior experience working for an Architectural consultant or related firm is required. The candidates should have extremely strong inter-personal skills. Senior Project Designer Qualifications: • Minimum of 5-10 years experience • Must possess at least a Bachelor of Architecture degree • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and Microsoft office • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors • Must be quality minded and self motivated • Strong customer service skills Project Designer Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-5 years experience • Must possess at least a Bachelor of Architecture degree • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and Microsoft office • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors • Must be quality minded and self motivated • Strong customer service skills Aggressive, client oriented personalities with a knack for creative problem solving will succeed in this position.
