The Position:
We are currently looking for a Project Manager with strong experience with University projects. This person will be responsible for the architectural planning, design, and construction of various University facility projects.
Job Requirements:
• Candidates must have minimum 5 years of experience as an architect on healthcare facility projects including minimum 2 years in a Lead or PM role.
• Must also have experience in the preparation of design, contract documents, and construction administration
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Univeristy Architecture, or Architecture with an emphasis on university facility design from an accredited US college or university is required.
• Professional Registration in MD, or the ability to obtain MD registration by reciprocity is required.
• Must be a US Citizen
