Seeking a Sr. Planner with experience in site planning, master planning, and environmental planning related to campus sites. The candidate must also have experience with building feasibility studies and facility management.
An architectural or planning degree required. Working knowledge of AutoCad, GIS, and other analytical software desired.
Projects will include the following:
Strategic planning
Architectural programming
Master planning and urban design
Space planning and interior design
Comprehensive building evaluation
Technology infrastructure design
Construction monitoring
Facilities management
No land planners, landscape architects, or residential planners please.
