We are currently looking for an Sr. Architect with Federal building experience.
Job Requirements:
Degrees in Architecture and Planning/Urban Design
AIA/License preferred
LEED AP preferred
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Required Experience:
8-10 years experience after completion of degree
Master Planning of Research Campus or Urban Area Development
Development of Design Guidelines
Interaction with Community and Local Planning Bodies
Developing Program of Requirements
Feasibility Analysis
CAD and GIS capabilities
Desired Experience:
Government Projects
Presentations to clients and planning commission/authority
