Fortunes restaurant chain began negotiations with major “architectural design” firms concerning the building of an exciting new chain of restaurants based on Sunken Treasure. Fortunes design coordinator Ken Simonton, indicated the design of the new restaurant chain will be a large part of the restaurants allure. “We are developing a design that is progressive yet reflects a museum like feel. We are openly accepting bids from a few of the top designers in the world that will feature a building and décor showcasing millions in sunken treasure, a full scale retail store, a walk in vault, a media room, a banquet facility, a modern glass enclosed kitchen, a incredible bar are and a dining area for over 300 patrons. This is not your typical building request and we are not featuring a typical product.”, exclaimed Simonton, “This building will house incredible artifacts, gold, diamonds, jewels and many other priceless one of a kind items, plus feature a major dining area, so the design is a not only a big job, it is an essential part an incredible adventure for patrons. We want the typical diner to want to return time and time again, not only for the food but for the design and the atmosphere. We feel that a first time visitor to Fortunes will absolutely be pleasantly over-whelmed by the building from the outside and the inside as well. This is a lofty project, but we are having a great time welcoming bids and offers, we really feel that this type of project will give the building designers great exposure as well as Fortunes Restaurant itself. When there is a shared commonality in a project such as this it allows for great synergy for both parties.”
With the bidding process in place the company will highlight a three dimensional rendering allowing for a virtual tour of the facility before it is built.
