I can't seem to make the Paste Special command in PC8 paste through layers. It always pastes to the active layer regardless of whether the Through Layers is selected.
Can anyone else reproduce this behaviour? |

Sorry, it works right for me (or maybe I'm not sorry and that's good news? depends?  )
When I do this:
-Drawing One
- new layer 'fred'
- new layer 'bob'
- put one object on each layer
- Edit all layers on, Select All
- Drawing Two;(default document, only one layer named Layer 1)
- option+choose Paste Special and specify at mouse + thru layers
- paste special
- objects and layers are added as expected
- if the original layers (drawing one) used Layer Color Attributes, the new layers in drawing two have the same (correct) colors.
Sorry it's not much help but if it works here at least we know it's not application level. Has to be something local. Have you tried new, untitled doc's to test the case? I wonder if it might be a problem with a key command file being brought forward from PCD7 to PCD8?
