Dear all:

I am currently working on a LEED NC project in Asia. This is a 7-floor residential building. We tried to help the building owner obtain as many credits as we can. But for obtaining EAC1, the owner does not want to spend much money on simulation.

Has anyone here tried to help high rise residential building owner obtain EAC1? IF yes, which approach did you choose? Did you choose Option 1-simulation? Or Option 2 or 3, Prescriptive Compliance Path.

Thank you.

Chi
