We are currently seeking Interior Designers to work with one of the nation’s leading architectural firms.
The Position:
This challenging and fast paced position will require a personable candidate with a strong desire to succeed. Prior experience working for an architectural/interior design consultant is required. The candidate should have extremely strong inter-personal skills. Responsibilities of this position include space planning, layout, casework, product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes and the preparation of presentation material including color finish boards.
Interior Designer Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in the fields of Architecture or Interior Design
• Must have at least a Bachelors of Architecture or B.S. in Interior Design (FIDER Accredited)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors
• Must be quality minded and self motivated
• Strong client service skills
