| HDF flooring is made up of high density fiberboard, decorative paper which has already been immersed in melamine, moisture proof layer(balance back layer) and alumimum oxide layer.The four layers are pressed with high pressure and high pressure to form the product. The support material, HDF is the key part of the product. The density of high density fiberboard should be over 880g/cm3. And it is the key factor of quality. Many parameters such as swelling rate, impact resistance, bend resistance is up to the quality of support material.
