i am a scientist in aerospace industry currently i was using fluent gambit and solid works for my analysis ,
the answer for your query is
step 1: first save your model iin solidworks using saveas IGS format if u want to test assembled model for example multiple parts u first suppress all the parts except one part then save it as IGS .then unsupress another part dont forget to suppres the model which you currently saved as IGS only one part can be allowed to save as IGS while rest are in suppresed
step2 after saving all the parts from solidworks in separate iges thought it is single assembly. open gambit and go for import option
NOTE:PLS CHECK THT YOU HAVE GEOM-TRANSLATION LICENSE FOR GAMBIT
step3: then mesh the parts using gambit and as usual impor to fluent and analyse
