Paradigm Productions, LLC is looking for hard working, talented individuals that are interested in being part of a dynamic team. We don't pigeon hole our people, as we are looking for self-motivated multi-taskers that want to be part of an industry leader in 3d visualization, interactive multimedia, and graphic design.
We have a relaxed and fun environment which encourages collaboration and self-improvement while working on challenging projects. You will work on a variety of projects throughout the country covering a broad spectrum of services.
Paradigm Productions has been in business since 1992. We provide architectural and product visualization services, full marketing services, exhibit design, interactive multimedia, and other technical illustration and animation services (ie. aviation, medical, forensic, etc.) You can see examples of our work at www.2dimes.com
Project Manager/3D Artist
Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural illustration and animation. Lightwave 3d skills are required. Must be able to understand architectural drawings and sketches with minimum guidance. Previous project management skills are required. A heavy emphasis will be placed on quality of work, ability to make project deadlines, communicate with clients and team members, and manage all aspects of the project.
Full benefits available, and salary commensurate with experience
Additional Requirements:
Fitting within the profile of the firm as mentioned above is critical.
Architectural degree is a plus.
Relocation to Memphis/Germantown is required. Please do not contact us if you are looking for freelance work.

3D Modeler
Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural modeling. Must be able to understand architectural drawings and sketches with minimum guidance. Lightwave 3D and/or Modo modeling skills are required.
