While going for such a housing colony first thing should be the difference in ranking...all the high position holders should be at one part, and the colony should be divided as per the position. Same position holders must have same type of houses.
Second thing is that they should be able to get in touch with the resourses like library etc. and there must be an environment which leds them to work calmly, they should not feel the chaos of city life at there colony. Employees must be able to relax at the house and even if its placed at city proper accoustic solutions must be provided for a better surrounding in the colony.
Landscaping of the colony should not only be appealing as in normal case but must be relaxing and refreshing ( you can get lot of things if you go to a psycologist). Colony must have a park for the employees to relax.
